FAQs

How fast will I receive my analyses?

Most on-demand requests are completed in three days or less. However, more complex or customized requests may take longer.

How does onboarding work?

Subscribe to a plan and we'll quickly setup a Teams site dedicated to your project. Once you accept the invite we are ready to go.

Further instructions on how to use your Teams site are found on the site itself. Typically, the next step will be for you to share your current schedule file with us.

Who are the schedulers?

Schedule Wize is a small firm run by the founder. We occasionally employ other schedulers and data analysts to improve our workflow, but you will work directly with the founder for the duration of your project.

How does the pause feature work?

We understand the highs and lows of the construction cycle and all the different twists and turns your project can take. If it any time, for any reason, you don't need our support for a while, you can pause the subscription. The balance of time remaining on your subscription will remain available for you to resume our services anytime in the future.

What programs do you work in?

Most requests are performed using Primavera P6, but we are experienced with most scheduling software on the market. If you use something else, don't worry, for most situations we can convert your native files so you can receive the benefits as well.

Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time scheduler?

Good question! For starters, the annual cost of a full-time senior-level scheduler now exceeds $250,000, plus benefits. You will also need to hire and work with them over several months before you can evaluate what tier of scheduler you actually hired. Aside from that, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy at all times, so you're stuck paying for time you aren't able to utilize. With Schedule Wize, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you need to ensure you're only paying your scheduler when you have work available for them.

What if I don't like the results?

We can't guarantee you'll be satisfied by the progress your project achieves every month, but we can guarantee the data you are using to make business decisions is accurately reflected. If you need more granularity in your reporting, we will coach your team for what it will take to incorporate new data and hold them accountable. Our processes are adapted to each project and we'll continue to work with you to improve your schedule until you're 100% satisfied.

Is there any scheduling work you don't cover?

Absolutely. Schedule Wize performs the specific works covered in our packages remotely. However, the coaching hours can be used for any topic and we can design and teach your team a process for any scheduling concern you may have. Schedule Wize does not support short interval services such as field coordinated 3 week look aheads, daily schedules, or on-site staffing. Schedule Wize does offer support for Time Impact Analysis and Forensic Analysis to our active clients after three months of service but those services are excluded and separate from the monthly subscriptions.

Are there any refunds?

Due to the high quality nature and setup required to perform the work, there will be no refunds issued past the first week of service. However, no refunds will be issued if work has already been delivered.

Can I use Schedule Wize for only a month or two?

Yes. You can decide when and for how long you need Schedule Wize. If that's only a month to get your schedule quality under control or our full suite of services for the duration of your project, we are here to help. And feel free to come back for your next project or if you run into issues along the way.

What languages do Schedule Wize speak?

We speak Executive, Project Manager, Lawyer, Superintendent, Engineer, and Scheduler and can communicate between them effectively as long as they all speak English.
